Wrist Warm-Up Boot Camp

Hey there Brolic Fam!
This one is for all of my fitness enthusiasts and newcomers!

I want to give you a few pointers on wrist mobility.
I personally put this on the top of my list of things to do during my warm up due to the type of exercises I like to perform and teach. Wrist health is important outside of fitness, we're in a time where most of us spend our days on a computer, from photo editing, social media work and maybe even gaming. We want to make sure our wrist are up for the task from the mundane to the extreme. But here's the deal – they deserve a little TLC, especially before we dive into any physical activity.

Spend a little time with me so I can show you with a few easy to follow videos and explain why stretching your wrists is not just a prelude to your workout but a game-changer for your flexibility, mobility, and strength.

The Mundane

As a graphic designer and the owner of an Etsy shop, I practically live at my desk. I spend a lot of hours in a chair, but I do occasionally stand at my desk and continue working but the constant position of my wrists can create stress and pain. That is where wrist health comes in, and I want to show you a few of my go out stretches to keep those wrist strong and flexible. Let's jump in a quick warm-up together!

Visual guide to simple wrist mobility exercises for improved wrist flexibility and movement.

The Stretches & Why Stretching Matters

These exercises you can do throughout the day if you would like to. No need to do it 6 times a day, but dedicating about 10 minutes total throughout the day would be enough to keep those wrist in tip top shape. I can bank on it, before you came to my page you had these issues with your wrist (limited mobility, reduced flexibility, pain and even compromised strength.) So I am glad you are here because your health is just as important as my health and I want you to be the best you, everyday.
